phpformmail generates a reply-to field in my email. I would like to eliminate this if possible.

Also, I sometimes have a need for a "confidential" form (no contact with the person filling out the form), and therefore don't solicit an email address. I know I can use a hidden field with my own or "dummy" email info, but I would prefer to just get rid of it all together.
